I blame my pathetic internet connection (tough my match with Santuli and Valatunda went rather smoothly...)

Ugh... Got sidetracked by some unfortunate business...

Epic Fail Night. Wth happened to everyone else who signed up? -_-

Lack of a specified start time (outside of the day) in the first post of this thread likely contributed... Of course, the potential for mishaps and other exterior possibilities also exist in each individual case. Best not to be overtly discouraged I guess. (Try again another day?)

Did it? lol, well if you call that smooth then you don't know what a smooth Brawl match is, my friend :P
That lag messed me up too much (if you noticed, I SD'd twice at the beginning of the match, ahahahahahah)

Oh yes. We definitely figured that that was a great factor in messing up this Brawl Night. I didn't remember that we had no time specified, tbh. I just went around 7 because I'm used to that being the time of Game Nights.

Its just this Brawl night seemed so promising =(
We WILL try again, you better believe that, though

Stephen, I love you and your FiOs! Those had to be the best matches I've played on Brawl's online.

Uh yeah... Gary, see, I would have given a specific time -- since I've done that for the other two Gaming Nights -- but the problem with that is it generally turns off people who are forced to feeling obligated. I'd rather have WE decide when to do it instead of listening to a dude who tells you to meet at 8, or 9. Of course, people need guidance sometimes, but it'd be nice if they remembered, too....

It's my fault for not specifying, though. Sorry guys. We'll try again soon.

I love my FiOS too. Even had my server going and I don't think we hit any lag :D

I think as a rule of thumbs, if Stephen isn't playing online, we might as well postpone the event xD
Damn dude, seriously the smoothest online matches I've ever had. I'd forgotten how fun Brawl can be under playable conditions, hehe.

Maybe next time we can specify just that from the beginning, and, in addition to people signing up, they should post suggestions for a time to start. Then we figure out when exactly based on the suggestions.
