So it seems that this is it for the October event, which debunks the Zelda rumor and the Other M demo.

But fret not, it seems that there's this last event this 16th.

.....right....

I think it's supposed to be another one. When IGN interviewed Denise, Matt asked "We know there's a Nintendo Media Summit in Europe soon. What about America? "

The one you linked to...isn't that a general event in which Nintendo will be participating? This one sounds exclusively Nintendo's though

An event in Britain for once though!

If an Other M demo and a Zelda trailer appear then it'll be one hell of an event.  The Other M demo is actually likely, as Yoshio Sakamoto stated there would be one sometime this year at the earliest, the Zelda trailer is just a rumour at the moment though...

So In other words: We could hear some Nintendo news during the London show on September 16, or the Kyoto cross event in October, or the Japanese fall summit in October.

To be honest: Now that the American fall summit has been canceled I don't have much hope left. We probably get some new release-dates, but I don't expect anouncements of new games or new trailers. Hopefully I am wrong!

NoA already said they had no major announcements for the rest of the year...but that was Denise speaking for NoA alone. It also doesnt mean we dont get to see more of what was already announced.

And I have to repeat this, but IGN said there was a Media Summit in Europe...idk, maybe they made a mistake, but if not, then are there now 4 events where Nintendo will be present? Idk this Kyoto one you just mentioned

Well there's the Tokyo Game Show next week, not sure if Nintendo are going to that. If the rumours are correct then TGS is too early for this supposed Zelda trailer but maybe an Other M demo could show itself.

I doubt Other M would appear at TGS.  Japan have a pretty lukewarm opinion of Metroid, at best :/

That's true, but I don't want to rule it out as a possibility.

I wouldn't rule anything out, but also not get my hopes up either. More like...try to remain as neutral as possible maybe?

If the European's view on Metroid is good, is there a chance that there could there be a demo in London?

As far as I know Nintendo won't attend.

I said it...twice :P

You sure this is what that is? Its not fall yet, and I didn't really see a formal mention of that event starting this week...you sure?

Here is a link to a Ign article that mentions a UK Wiiware/DSiware event. And Super meat boy was also at this event, since Ign also has a article about that game. But maybe there will also be a European fall summit, I don't know.

"and I didn't really see a formal mention of that event starting this week"

I find that strange too!
